Our property consultant will discuss our marketing strategy with you explaining the benefits in using MoveHome in promoting your property to achieve the maximum rental value, in the quickest time and with the minimum of fuss.
A colour brochure of your property will be prepared for circulation to all prospective tenants and for inclusion on our website and in our window display that offers you 24 hour advertising.
We accompany prospective tenants on all our property viewings.
You will also receive regular updates and progress reports during the marketing of your property so you are kept fully aware of the entire process. This will be communicated in your preferred way, whether it be email, a phone call or by way of a meeting in person.
Vetting of Tenants Status
All Tenants introduced by MoveHome are subjected to professional credit checks, tenant references & identity verification. This allows a landlord the security and peace of mind that the financial history and status of a Tenant has been verified prior to their occupation of a property.
On the receipt of satisfactory references, MoveHome will prepare the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and any additional Legal Documentation including Notices.
